We have been offering our ODM and OEM order service to worldwide brands for more than 15 years. We design, retail and wholesale our high quality products at this shop. Trusted quality with true value price is our business philosophy and pursuit.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDERS?
We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal too!
1) Visit us at montbreaker.com and find the item you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you'll arrive at it's product page.
3) Select the color and size you'd like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' or ‘Buy it Now’ button
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.
HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?
Our website and business are verified by third party secure company TRUSTED SITE (Formerly McAfee). Moreover, all payments are processed by PayPal, which is a very trusted and secure platform. You can be rest assured to order here.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS FIT TRUE TO THE SIZE?
We show our size info at product images last one or product description. You can refer to it. All our products are true to size.
HOW MUCH SHIPPING COST I SHOULD PAY？
Absolutely not! Shipping is entirely FREE WORLDWIDE, and by that we mean that we ship to each and every country, free of charge. Yes, you read it right!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW CAN I DO IF MY ORDER DONT FIT?
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by Montbreaker for every product we sell online. If you are not satisfied with your order or find it doesn’t fit, please contact our service team firstly at service@montbreaker.com. They will help you to solve problems. You are able to request a partial refund and still keep the item, or exchange the returned order for other equal value items or new size to you. Please keep the items in new condition with original hangtags.
HOW LONG I CAN GET MY ORDER?
Once upon you place order, the order will be delivered within 2 days. At the same time the tracking number will be offered to you by Email. Normally 7-15 days to Unites States, Canada, Australia and European countries. To the Eastern Europe and South America countries around 20-30 days.
HOW TOUGH/DURABLE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our products are designed for adventure. They are made of the highest quality materials, are tear resistant, and feature reinforced stitching.
PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
CAN I PAY ORDER BY PAYPAL EVEN WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
