Returns & Refund Policy
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by Montbreaker for every product we sell online. We make returns & exchanges easy. If you're are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the packaging it came in within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. After we receive the returned item from you and inspect it, you will be refunded shortly.
You may carefully and accurately check your size and see production descriptions before ordering. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the item page.
There is a $5 USD repackaging and restocking fee charged to all returns. This charge does not apply to exchanges. The return shipping freight will be undertaken depending on the reasons and responsibility division between Montbreaker and customer.
Kindly please always contact our customer service team by mail firstly (service@montbreaker.com) before you return the item. We promise to reply you within 24 hours.
Return Process
1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message, you will receive a refund on the same day.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
How to exchange the order?
Please contact us to get the return address. After we get the return, we will exchange one for you.
